I did a few articles and videos a while back on finger independence and my approach to examining/improving it which should be of interest:
1) Basic Spider Exercises https://www.oldswannerguitartuition.com/post/finger-independence-the-holy-grail-for-guitarists-1-basic-spider-patterns 2) Chromatic Octaves https://www.oldswannerguitartuition.com/post/finger-independence-the-holy-grail-for-guitarists-2-chromatic-octaves 3) The Double Chromatic https://www.oldswannerguitartuition.com/post/finger-independence-the-holy-grail-for-guitarists-3-stretch-the-double-chromatic Probably a few things in there you may not have come across before. Happy to discuss any issues here of course. How about posting a video of where you're at with things? A picture paints a thousand words!
